Allana was first a part of Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering numerous knee injuries throughout the years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana was the first to play in a female rugby union match that was played by New South Wales as she was the main focus of the match that was played against Queensland. Allana has also been a regular radio presenter, appearing frequently as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is a qualified educator outside the sport world.
