Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actress best famous for her character Margo on The Magicians, a Syfy fantasy-drama series that aired between 2015 and the present. Her prior role as Lebanese American teenager Jasira, who goes through an array of struggles against the backdrop of U.S. conflict in Iraq was in Alan Ball's feature film Towelhead. The film was later selected as one of the 10 actors in Variety's list of Actors to Watch for 2007. She also played a powerful role in 2009's crime drama Crossing Over. For this the role, she was nominated to win an Independent Spirit Award under the category of Female Lead. Apart from Lucky 7, she has played a role in Mooz Lum The Last Airbender Pop Star, Under the Silver Lake and starred in a number of TV guest roles.
